Ref sheet examples

Customers may NOT cancel a commission once it has been started. Once your commission is accepted you will be added to my work queue. You will have a period of time between when I accept your commission and when I actually start it to request a refund. The length of this period is dependent on my current queue and workload.

If a refund is issued, I am not responsible for any PayPal fees that are lost in the process. It is unlikely but PayPal seems to like to pick and choose when and where to add fees, at least in my experience.

To commission me you must be AT LEAST 16 years old. I will not accept commissions for anyone younger than that.

Customers commissioning NSFW work must send me an image of them holding a photo ID with a DOB clearly visible. All other information can and SHOULD be censored. You may blur out your eyes on both yourself and the ID, just as long as the ID clearly belongs to you and shows that you are over 18 years old.

Customers commissioning NSFW MUST NOT INDICATE THE COMMISSION IS NSFW ANYWHERE ON PAYPAL. I will send an invoice so you don't have to worry about sending the payment yourself, but do not add in any field on PayPal that the image is NSFW. Technically, the sale of pornographic content on PayPal is forbidden and could get both of us suspended.

Customers must send payment BEFORE the commission is started. You will not be added to my commission queue without committing to the commission first.

Customers must be patient with me and I will not tolerate rude customers. If you are being rude, inconsiderate, or pestering me constantly in a pushy manor I have the right to refund you, scrap your commission, and blacklist you from my services. Evading blacklist status to commission me again will result in your commission being scrapped WITHOUT a refund. Asking for WIPs of the commission is okay and encouraged, but do NOT be rude about it.

Customers are fully entitled to request changes (within reason) be made to the commission if they are unsatisfied with WIP pictures. PLEASE let me know during the creation process if there is anything you want changed or fixed ASAP to make the process as smooth as possible.

You are required to credit me when posting any of my art online that is not watermarked in any way. Reference sheets will have my name and a link to my profile at the bottom of it, so no need to credit if you do not want to, but DO NOT crop out my watermark. I ask that you credit me and link to my FA or Newgrounds. (Link on homepage)

I reserve the right to use art I have made of your character as examples on my site and social media platforms unless you directly express that you do not want me to do this.

I require AT LEAST a basic reference image, can be as simple as 1 viewing angle. Any information not on the reference needs to be communicated to me, or I will likely not know to include those details. I will work with a simple colored in base, but be prepared to be constantly grilled for details about your character. I care a lot about the expression and personality of your character and want to portray it the best I can in my art. ESPECIALLY if you are commissioning a reference sheet.

My artstlye is cartoony. Do not expect detailed work from me. There are certain things that will NOT work in my style and certain levels of detail I am not capable of. If what you have in mind is hyper-detailed, I'm not the artist for you.
